Hi everyone.. I've been having this problem with my left shoulder blade mobility I reckon is an issue

The blade gets all tingly when I do shoulder blade squeezes..

Also noticed my back squat when hands under bar.. Left side elbow flare out like the shoulder blade scapular ain't working properly unlike the right one which is perfect . I think. Any help would be much appreciated..
I've probably had this over a yr now
.
And my left side tricep long, lat and serratus muscles are a lot smaller are not working properly unlike the right side etc
. Left serratus not even there ..

Any advice
I brace when I go down on the squat to protect back
No, as in your back looks like an s shape, rather than a straight line when looking at you, stood directly behind you.

Yes, like that. I would try and get that posture fixed.

Nobody is perfectly symmetrical but your back looks worse than i would expect

I do have that plus slightly rounded shoulders as well. No hip problems tho.

how does it look worst than you expected?
Defo a few things must be either tight on one side

Here’s some more photos for all sides,

do you think you could direct me to some exercises that’ll sort my posture out, I even went to pysio in January and he only said I had a slight lumbar curve and over activated left trap. His exercises have not helped at all.

I’m really loosing faith in my posture as a 36 yr old man and only been training over a yr. I don’t even lift heavy weights .

The thing with physio exercises, you have to keep doing them and not stop after a week or two. The problem is not going to be fixed in a few days or weeks.

I was doing them for months and didn’t see any improvements

I’ll be honest, did them for like 5wks and i stopped.

I shall do them again in the afternoons on my training days as I do training in morning 3 times a week, you think that’s enough for physio ?

You usually have to do the exercises every day.

Ok well I have time on my hands so I can do that option daily in the afternoons.

see what happens in a few months then oh and I’ll add an exercise for my uneven shoulders.

anything else I should add to my physio

If you have no faith in your physio, try a different one. Try and get a recommendation.
