I have noticed that the manuals for some pieces of equipment come with a table of IR codes. For my Arcam CD player these include commands that are not present on the supplied remote control.

Does anyone make a remote control that I could program directly by entering the numeric IR code, as well as by learning? (Or maybe one that you can set up from a PC that has a large database of equipment would achieve the same result.)

You can do this for the Harmony remotes as well.
