LE32R51BD How to record and watch different channels

I have just bought a LE32R51BD TV and DVR120 DVD Recorder and am having trouble getting it set up to record one channel (eg freeview and watch another (terrestrial). Is this possible ? as the DVDR seems to tune in either freeview or terrrestrial but not both.
