Hi quick question... I have a Panasonic TC-32LX20 32 Inch Viera LCD TV and wish to wallmount it. The official wall mount costs nearly £200, but I've seen 3rd party ones such as this http://www.superfi.co.uk/index.cfm/page/moreinfo.cfm/Product_ID/1810 which fits all "VESA compliant mounting systems" at £40. Would this or something sililiar (examples please?) be suitable?

    Thanks :)

    Hi P3rfect,

I recently wall mounted my Sharp 32GA4E. The Sharp bracket was £150, but I got a VESA 200 compatible one for £50 and it worked a treat

    Here's the one I used: http://www.hifistore.co.uk/product.php?qsProd=Z847

If your LCD's VESA compatible, which I'm sure it is, and you buy a VESA compatible bracket with the correct standard (75, 100, 200, etc) you should have no problems at all.

    HTH

Sorry to be the bringer of bad news, but I seem to remember that the Panny isn't a standard VESA fitment......think you have to have the official Panny mount.......wall mounts are a sore subject with me, I do nothing but moan about them!

Best wait for other peoples expertise though.......any Panny owners out there???

    Mark,

Seems I have the same bracket as Judders. I went to Wickes and got 12mm bolts with metal collets/plugs on them for masonary. Solid as a rock.

    Richie.

as long as whoever manages to get it together guarantees some kind of assurance that if it not as you require you can get some kind of payment back
