What would be an acceptable viewing distance for a Xelos A37?

    1366x768 pixels.

Many thanks in advance for any advice. :)

And it also depends on what you are viewing. I once tried my 32" Xelos with a PC, can't remember the resolution but the text was crisp on the full screen using one of the zoom modes.

I could not get find a comfortable seating distance - 2ft was too close, 12ft was too far away. It would probably be about 5/6ft.

For TV use, at 12ft, 32" is great for normal TV but for wide screen, the 37" would have been better, but I also watch from another chair at 4ft on a slight angle, and that is also just right but I would not like the screen to be any bigger at that distance.

For me, I prefer the screen not to be too dominant where as other people like the iMax feeling.

Before I chose my screen size, I went to a local store with a tape measure and looked at a few sizes viewed a my available viewing distances. It was a close call between 32" and 37" but I decided a 37" screen looked too large in the space available and the picture too over powering at 4ft.

I just bought a 37 inch telelvision, and i'm sitting at approximately 8 feet away, and i still feel it's a bit too small, you just gotta have a tv without jaggies and pixelation else it will spoil the fun, but seriously me and my girlfriend have no problems with it at 8 feet.
