Question LCD unresponsive

Hi, my Samsung LE32B530 is unresponsive out of nowhere, I’ve never really had a problem with it.
I turn the tv on with the remote then noticed it said demo on the tv and it randomly went through the menu settings itself with the wrong tv input setting on screen, I normally have hdmi 1 but it’s got that fuzzy grey screen.

The remote does nothing apart from turns the tv on/off, the red light on the tv flickers when I try the remote so it knows I’m oressing something.
The buttons on the side of the TV do nothing either.

It feels like it’s been reset and is stuck in a demo mode somehow? It plays a sound when I now power it on, something ive never had before (I must’ve disabled it years ago).

Any suggestions on what I can do?

Google “How to turn off store demo mode on Samsung LE32B530” for a few suggestions and “how to” videos.
