LCD TV / Monitor for work - hardware testing use

Basically, we're looking to buy 2-3 LCD TV's for use at our game/hardware/repair store. Sizes 19" - 23", preferably cheaper solutions, but something with HDMI, component, Scart/composite and a PC connection too.

What would you guys recommend? Bearing in mind it would be in use a hell of a lot. And will be used to test both consoles and PC's.
