    Hi

Can anyone give any advice on a 37" LCD that would take a DVI input at the screens native resolution? I'd really like the Philips 37PF9986 but as far as I've told it won't take a PC input at 1366x768.

God knows why they make a screen at that resolution yet don't let you use it!

Thanks for any advice and comments.

Can't help you on your choice as I haven't got much experience on 37" screens with DVI (Plenty with analog).

Going to you other question, the answer I asume is that 1366 x 768 is not a recognised VESA standard. Just a guess anyway.

Hmmm, maybe someone else has tried a 37" screen????

Well I've arranged with the company I'm buying the screen off to be able to send it back if it does not display at the resolution I'm after. That was very good of them to let me do this!! I'll see how it goes and post the results after I've tried the screen out!

    Cheers anyway :)
