    Hi Guys,

I had a Samsung LE37R88BD delivered today and I seem to have a problem with a patch on the screen. Now the pixels are one solid colour, or completely dead, but I have been watching the football and there seems to be a patch near the middle of the screen, that when the camera is panning, creates like a washed out patch, and then comes back when the camera is still, like the refresh rate isnt as fast on that patch.

When wiping down the screen you often cause some discolouration, if I do it over this patch I can see the outline of the patch on the screen. Leading me to think that there's a bigger problem than dead pixels here? I can't usually see the patch when watching normal TV, but I'm a huge football fan! And I don't want it getting any worse. Do you think Dixons will take it back? Or is there anything I can do?

    Cheers for any help! :lease:

If you are not happy, send it back under distance selling regulations...

Does it matter that it's been unpacked and set up? I've still got the box and polystyrene.
