LCD or TFT

I have just built a new PC and would like a new flat screen to go with it.

Not sure if should get an LCD TV or a TFT monitor.

Advantage of LCD seems to be that picture will presumably be better and that can hang on the wall. But will probably be more expensive.

Are there any other issues I should be aware of??

Not that bothered about watching TV in the room my PC is in so if can get a TFT monitor that can go on wall then would probably go for that. Not too keen on a bracket! Does anyone know of a TFT that hangs?

Also, any recommendations for a TFT/LCD??

Hoggch.

Most LCD screens incorperate TFT technology. I think you'll now be hard pushed to find a non tft lcd screen.
An lcd tv will generally have a wider viewing angle and a built in tuner. lcd monitor will have higher resolution but narrower viewing angle (most people sit infront of the screen when using a computer so wide viewing angle not as important.)
In my opinion you'll get a higher spec screen for your money if you get a monitor.
