I have a Philips 17PF9945. Picture quality can't be faulted - except that it suffers from horizontal picture interference. dull lines slowly drift up or down the screen at random. These are most visibal on lighter shades, but they are also very clear when the DVD player is not playing. I only play DVDs through the Toshiba SD330. I use a QED Performance scart cable. I've changed both the DVD player and the scart cable but the problem remains.

Can anyone shed any light on this?? :lease:
