I need a LCD widescreen 'tv' for testing purposes but budget is not huge (say £700)

It needs to be able to do HDMI / DVI with HDCP
VGA input would be great and would allow it's use for PC (1:1 prefered) which would allow less kit in the room
    SVHS
    Component with 480i and p (60Hz), 567i and p (60Hz), 720p@50 and 60 Hz and 1080i@50 and 60 Hz

anything else a bonus (like SCART)

Picture quality is not the primary reason, nor tv reception, but will be used for evaluating kit specifications, therefore a digital input (DVI / HDMI) that allows many different standards (PC / video) would be highly advantageous. Don't want any glaring faults however.

Size between 20 to 26 inch with typical resolution of 1366 x 768 would be fine.

Any ideas?, I have seen a few close, but often they trip up with the odd specification....
