Hi!

im looking for a 32" LCD display to connect to my PC. it will mostly be used as a replacement for a computer Monitor.
From what i've read so far in magazines and on the internet its pretty hard to find an LCD that performs good as a TV and as a PC Monitor replacement. but i dont want to give up just yet.

any input is greatly appreciated. the price should be somewhere below 3000€.

TIA

You looked at Apples 30" Cinema Display? They cost around £2500 - a bit more than your budget, but close enough.

Here's their site: http://www.apple.com/displays/

They look nice, and have great specs. A 2560 x 1600 res on the 30"

i have considered it, but its too expensive (you also need the most expensive nvidia card (approx.600Euro) in order to use the display in its native resolution) , and as far as i know it cant be used as a standalone TV set.

thx for pointing it out though!

Ah ok. How about a Sharp Aquos LCD? They have everything you'd need by the sounds of it, although the resoloution might be a problem.
