    Hi all

Advice from this forum has helped me to, (nearly), make a decision between the 737 and 7700.

BUT which one has the better layer change??

This will influence my decision more than anything else.

737 is noticably slower than 7700 but 737 produces (IMHO) a better picture for both TV in normaal mode and especially projector when playing in progressive. More and more TVs are appearing with component input which will allow your TV to take advantage of progressive scan (at least for R1 discs).

    aj,

Just to throw a spanner in the works (after my posting in your previous thread), there's a mini-review (although not technical) of the 737 in this month's Hifi Choice and they liked it a lot (!)

    Sorry!
