Not exactly bleeding edge technology, CPU is a bit outdated and the GFX card is possibly a bit underpowered but for the price doesn't look too bad. My dad has an aldi medion PC from about 18 months ago and has been very pleased with it.

Depends what you want to use it for.

If it's just word, internet etc it will be fine but it's too underpowered for gaming.

Thanks for the feedback folks, I'm thinking I'll probably not go for it. The offer starts tomorrow and usually you have to be in early. Since I have a few doubts I will probably just leave it.
My main aim is really to get something that I can use for a little gaming but mainly internet, office and also TV/movies as I am also investigating the purchase of an LCD TV (20-26") which can double as a monitor.
I may eventually just build myself a new PC with a spec I am happy with, this kind of PC from Aldi though just saves so much hassle and you get a decent warranty.
