Laptop to reigon 0 will it be reigon free?

    I have four attempts (not sure how many there were before) on my dell inspirion laptop before its reigon is set, if at the last attempt i play a reigon 0 dvd will that mean that it will be reigon free?

    DVD Region-Free or DVDIdle both work on drives with the region permanently set. I use it on my laptop, which has a combo DVD/CD-RW which I did not want to flash the firmware in case of accidents and inability to burn CD's as a result.
