Laptop to Projector HDMI

I am intending to purchase a Mitsubishi HC4000 projector.
Does anybody know if the HDMI output from my Acer Aspire 5740 will be OK when fed to the HDMI input of the projector?
At present i feed my large screen LCD TV with the output & that is 100%.

I'm sure it will be fine aslong as your using a resolution that the projector supports.

You should have no problems here so long as your laptop can output 1920x1080p at 60Hz, 50Hz, and 24Hz. If so then connecting them together with HDMI will be the best way.
