    Hi All,

I have a sony bravia tv and a epson tw9000 conected through a onkyo 509.

My zotac htpc used to be connected to my amp and produced HD pictures on both the tv and the projector but it died and i have bought a Acer E1-571 laptop. This produces no picture on either the tv or the projector and both claim unsuported signal.

I have tried changing resolutions but thats no good and i have checked frequency but at 60hz thats fine too. Has anyone found a solution to this problem, I am desperate as my entire setup is just going to waste without a means of playing video

    thanks for the help

Are you connecting the Laptop direct as a test?

I had connected direct to make sure it worked that's why I was so confused. It turns out to set it up correctly I needed to set the displays to extend then change its settings manually and switch back to display hdmi. Thank you for the help.
