Hi there
I believe the cables inside a laptop are called ribbon cables, maybe I'm misinformed... The same cable as the one from the laptop keyboard to the motherboard is what I'm talking about. Anyway I have a slight, when unplugging these cables they were quite problematic in coming away, they didn't have a pop up flap like the keyboard one did just this plastic thing that kept it down. Due to using a little, only a little bit of force to get these out the 'bays' they won't sit right in them anymore when I put them back in.
Is there any way to get them to sit right? I thought about using Superglue because this laptops on it's last days so I won't need to open it again but I don't think it'd make contact if I used that which is what I need to do.
I can take a picture of what I mean if need be.
Thanks
