Hi

I am looking for a cheap good quality notebook to compliment my PC (see below).

Long battery life, large HD & RAM is a must.

The idea is that I can take my notebook to the various activities I am involved with and copy docs & photos etc. on to it and work on them 'in the field' and then easily tranfer the data to my PC.

The Laptop may also be used for some gaming.

By the way, is there a difference between a laptop and notebook? - I thought they were one and the same.
