    Hi folks,

Some help required here, I,ve just purchased a Panny NV/DSV 28A DV camera & I am now looking to connect it to my PIII laptop. The laptop does not have a firewire port, so I am looking at using the card interface (slim one usually used for modems) to put in a 1394 firewire connector.

The only one I,ve seen so far is the Pyro 1394DV, has any one any experience with this and are their any other makes out there that I should consider?

(PS. I also need to dump the final finished edited footage back on the DV tape via the camera... so the cards must support 2 way communication)

    Thanks in advance<br /> <img src="smile.gif" border="0">
