Thought about buying the Mission 6 pack (heard lots of good thing and at £259.99 at Empire Direct something of a bargain)I'm relatively new to all this sort of thing, but from what I've read in these forums, speaker cable is an all important factor. The web as we all know is a great encyclopedia of the good and not so good but I did come across the following site at www.sundial.net/~rogerr/wire.htm I'm sure alot of you have also visited it! But am I to take it then, that its a waste of good hard earned cash to be paying ridiculous prices for some of the so called specialist speaker cables, when something like good cheap lamp extension cord is just as good, depending on the speakers impeadance 8 Ohms in the Missions case and with a run of no more than 25ft, even 16 Guage would be overkill..Do I understand correctly or am I missing the target by a mile??
