I live in a building of 6 flats, but I'm the only one who uses their Sky connection.

In the basement we have a Labgear MWS506LC multiswitch (pic1), with one cable routed to my flat and then distributed by a Labgear Handylink 4 (pic2). This gives me terrestrial and a single Sky feed.

Is there any way I can get a second LNB feed to enable Sky+ to work using this existing cable? I'm happy to replace the Handylink with something else if necessary.

You'll need another LNB cable from the multiswitch to your flat. I suspect you'll need the permission of the building management company and/or landlord.
