Labgear HDU681s loftbox, tv's in remote rooms picture is snowy

I have recently installed a Labgear Loftbox hdu681S. I have 2 cables coming from the sky disk into LNB1 and LNB2. I have also plugged in the aerial to UHF. I do appear to be getting an rf signal but picture quality is not very good.

In the living room I have a PSW351T wallplate where everything is cabled into there and back to the loftbox. When I try to connect into a tv in the room I am seeing the picture and I am getting a red light on the tvlink but the picture is snowy. If I switch the loftbox just to use UHF and DAB, the picture is really good. Can someone let me know what I am doing wrong?

Does anyone have an answer? I have since tried removing the aerial and the satellite signal is still as bad in the remote room. I have also tried to plug in my magic eye which has a red light but it does not work with the remote.

The workers had put a screw through my uplink cable. I have since replaced it and everything now works a treat. Thought I would let you know incase anyone else has the same problem
