i live in a flat and our dish blew over recently - now fixed but i can only get about half the channels (ie No BBC but i can get ITV - booo and only 2 of the movie channels work!). can i assume from this that the dish isn't pointing quire right?
BBC comes up with 'there is a technical problem with this channel' or some such.
any help would be much appreciated,
    cheers,

Yes. Call your local installer who will adjust it in 5 minutes.

But it will cost u. If u are anyway handy, check the lead on the LNB, might be loose or damp, have a look at other dishes and see how the are pointing, it only takes a fraction to lose signal. If u can't reach the dish yourself then call the man.
