Hi all what is the best way to get the best picture with this TV and a Philips DVD963SA. Component Video - Scart or Scart - Scart please.

    Regards Tulloch

Your TV does not have component input so RGB through Scart is best.

Component will not pass through a scart cable.

Not exactly sure what you mean, I think you might be talking about a component to RGB converter.

In which case they're not worth it unless you have one already and can't get a refund.

I don't think that's a component to scart cable because it's described as having natural sound quality.
The picture is probably just to fool you.

Set your DVD player to output RGB and you will get best quality.
