    Hello,

Just received my Sony KV28LS60 today, watching any picture (from analogue terrestrial, NTL digital cable) my picture looks distorted.

The left side of the image shows barrel distortion. The right hand side of the image shows no evidence of this. The whole picture seems shifted to the left a bit.

The "mode" doesn't seem to affect this (ie. Smart, Wide, 14:9, 4:3, whatever)., I get the same distortion in all of them.

Any idea how to correct for this? The manual doesn't seem to talk about these issues.

    Chars,

    NutBall.

It's a geometry problem. Call a service engineer out. He might be able to make it better for you via the service menu. If he can't, reject the set and get a replacement.
