Just heard the very sad news that Kurt Vonnegut Jr has died. We have lost a great talent.

Science fiction writer. Author of Slaughterhouse 5, based on his experiences (as a prisoner of war) of the fire-bombing of Dresden.

Required reading.

Can certainly recommend his "Player Piano", "Slaughterhouse 5", and "Breakfast of Champions".

One of the great authors of our time.
