Kuro not saving DTV channels

Hi al,

Been a very happy viewer of a Pioneer Kuro for a number of years now, via Sky+. I've just bought a new LG so it's now been relegated to the bedroom where I only have antenna access.

Odd thing is, whenever I switch on the TV, it drops me into auto setup mode to scan for digital channels. It finds them all fine and the EPG is updated, but all settings get lost when I power off the TV again.

Anyone seen this behaviour before?

Does it also forget it's picture settings?. Turn the color down so it is black and white and then see if it forgets this too.

If it does could well be an internal memory capacitor or battery that has failed.
