Despite many times vowing to not by a Samsung again, I have to give them a big thumbs up over a recent interaction.
My UA65MU7000 which I bought back in April 2018 has almost always had this weird cloud issue in the panel, almost like a snow drift effect which was really noticeable on whites or light colours. I messaged Samsung about it and despite my TV being almost a year past it's warranty (we have the usual 1 + 1 here in Australia), they sent out a local company and replaced the panel with a new one. It's amazing how much better it is, not just the weird effect but overall the new panel seems to be much sharper.
Had a similar thing with Toshiba when I lived in the UK, a thick blue band appeared on my TV and because they couldn't replace the panel (they had a 6 year parts availability policy), they refunded my original purchase price.
