The original glazed or the apple cinammon one.

Krispy Kreme at Victoria Station is a major drain on my wallet when I go to work...

Mmmmm, Donuts!!! <dribble, drool> Is there anything they can't do?

It has to be original or variations there of. I don't consider any of the variety KK doghnuts, just nothing special in comparision. Stick to original or original glazed and you can't got wrong.

Original glazed microwaved for 8 seconds (not 10; only a fool would one microwave for a full 10 seconds).

you're supposed to get em nice and fresh and eat half a boxfull at a time, not get em in a supermarket half stale

i suppose its like the difference between a supermarket ready to cook pizza and a proper freshly baked pizza. different class. FAR higher sugar and fat content. feed to diabetics and watch em breakdance!

I most certainly did get them fresh. They were giving them out at Harrods just having cooled at the oven.

And before anyone wonders otherwise, I do have a sweet tooth :) - H Daz in Lecister square is my fav hangout for a sugar rush

Tim Horton's are another over-hyped American rubbish-serving coffee shop, I just can't finish their coffee, always over brewed even when fresh. The missus loves the French Vanilla thought; must be a girly-thing! Now for good coffee Second Cup is far better. closely followed by Timothy's World of Coffee. Oh, and best Krispy Kreme is Key Lime:D

Tesco Metro at Picadilly Circus does them. And as I'm off to London next week, guess where I'm heading the morning I come home?

Best donut is Patisserie Valerie's custard ones. its about the size and shape of a baseball and filled with proper real full cream custard. If you have one in the morning you can skip lunch and dinner without the merest complaint from your stomach. Krispy Kremes taste artificial ( they are not much better than dunkin donuts....remember them?)

As for Coffee , best coffee I've ever had was in the Disneyland hotel in eurodisney. The coffee was so good it almost wasn't recognisable as coffee. It had transmuted into some never before discovered wonder beverage. I nearly fell off my chair at breakfast time. It was in a word perfect.

I'm not a big coffee drinker but I was knocking it back by the mugful ; black which is practically unheard of for me.
