    I recently received my R3 copy of Black Hawk Down from them, but the outer casing was ruined. I emailed them about the problem, and they said I could either have a replacement case, or $7 to spend on their website. I replied twice asking for a replacement (over 2 weeks ago), and they still haven't replied.

    Would they have just sent the replacement, without telling me about it??

    I dont' know.

    If you have MSN messenger you can talk with them on that. The details are to the left of their homepage. Might be worth a go if they aren't replying to emails.
