Konica KD 510z or Pentax 555

Looking for a new camera with 5 MP. It should be a small, easy to use, but still have some manual functions.
The two cameras look both good to me. What are their diff. , and which do you think is the better one?

I've not seen any details about the Konica one, but I've read lots of reviews about the Pentax, as I may be getting one. The thing I like about the pentax is that it has a 5x zoom.
