I ordered my first pj , AE300, on friday around 11 from komplett.
I am just wondering when I could expect it based on other peoples experiences. There site states orders placed before 14.00 are usually shipped the same day, hoping to hear something today.

If this is the place I'm thinking of then yes they normally ship same day, but you have to realise they are in europe so can take a couple of days to get across to the UK.

It took a couple of days for my panny to be shipped after ordering but it did get here 2 days after that.

Thanks for the replies, my order is now in picking so Im hoping 2 get it in the next couple of days. Out of interest did u use the DHL overnight? or just parcelforce? Cheers

I've used the overnight before but it just means that it crosses the channel overnight, not next day delivery as you might hope. ;)

Ordered mine on a Monday evening and it arrived on Wednesday morning IIRC (S. Ireland)

Next day delivery (DHL) for me tends to be next day, before 9am. Then again I only live 15 minutes from the airport DHL distribute from.

Best of luck with it anyway :)

Thanks to all for ur replies, my pj is yet to be disspatched. i think Im just a bit over excited, and im struggling withn the wait. Mayb i shud have brought it from a shop, at least I wud have had it straight away.

Don't worry about it not being dispatched.

Mine arrived before it was dispatched:eek:

Adrenochrome.

ordered an ae500 on 25 Feb & they tried to deliver it today (no-one in!!!). Suspect it was out of stock when ordered & only posted on 5 Feb; usually takes an extra day or 2 to make it over to NI... Enjoy.

Good one :) must have been thinking ahead to the next pay-cheque...

Well its arrived, but im stuck at work till 4! Pleased it came so quick, but disspionted I didnt get an email to confirm it was on its way! Carnt moan do much, just hopem Im dead pixel free!!

Well its arrived. The only question I have is regarding the warrenty, there isnt any kind of warenty card at all? Is this normal?

I didn't get one with my AE300. I don't think that's a problem though as long as you have proof of date of purchase.

mine's arrived :) [well done komplett....] no warranty card but what an awesome m/c; PQ straight out of the box is superb: no sniff of chicken grid...very, very impressed!!

I was wondering about the warranty card to, so I e-mailed Klomplett, here's the reply I got:

Dear Customer,

No, you automatically have the warranty.

If you require an extended warranty please contact Panasonic directly.

Best regards
Komplett

Hope the above helps, I did enquire a few weeks back with Panasonic about taking out the extended warranty but at the time they couldn't give me a price as the 500 hadn't been released in the UK, but they did say that once the release had happen I could take out the Warranty .

My 500 arrived within a few days of ordering from Klomplett, out the box no problem, really happy, just wish the Amp would arrive as quick to, looks like there could be a bit of a wait there, Amps in short supply.

Thinking of using klomplett for an AE300
but has anybody had to use, the after sales service
to send faulty gear back .or other probs.etc,
how do they deal with it ??

Yes.

I ordered a 300 last year for my mate. When it arrived it had a dead green pixel.

Called Komplett and they had a courier drop off a replacement and pick up the duff unit 48hrs later :D

Talk to Irish Dave or Alex at Komplett.

As far as I am concerned very good service.

Jack

PS Did have to pay for the delivery of the replacement unit, about £15-£20. But you have to pay for petrol, parking and time taken if you were to return one to a shop anyway.

jack
thanks for that, something i needed to hear
.
(seems they have a feedback forum on the dvd forums
but they never reply?)

I had a query with them yesterday, emailed them and received a satisfactory reply less than an hour later, thats pretty good service in my book.
