Question Kodi music: "Can't find next item to play"

Due to me making a mess of things when I reset my router (something to do with opening ports)m I had to start again with my video and music libraries on my Kodi system (Openelec on a Pi).

Now, after having successfully mapped the path to my music library in my NAS using the NFS protocol (I previously used SMB, I think), and eventually figuring out how to remove the old library database and scan again, I have everything set up. Videos work fine. However, whilst I can see muy music, I cannot play it.

When I click a song, I get one of two messages, either:

- "PLAYBACK FAILED - One or more items failed to play...", or
- "PLAYLIST - Can't find next item to play".

Can anyone please advise what is wrong and how to fix it?

Could it be something to do with permissions or some other setting on my Synology NAS since I switched to NFS?
