    Lovely! What is it, and are there any specs?
    (search for DP580 dvd on the web produced nothing for me...)

    Is that a digital TV tuner? If so that's a first and very impressive! The KISS 550 is due out soon with Digital Audio In so it'll be interesting to see how that fairs in reviews. If it does well this 580 may be a top piece of kit.

    If you scroll to the bottom it describes the DP-600 with 80gb HDD.

    The DP-550 is also out in October and is already being offered online by a couple of German shops, the best price being 489 euros which is pretty amazing if it´s as good as it sounds

    Sorry I put in the wrong code it should be dp508 it is on the kiss web site under press releases. It is in the Berlin show on aug. 29

    Yes it is a player but it has an 80 gb hard disk for recording also
