    Hi everybody.

KiSS Technologies recently launched the KiSS DP-1100 DVD/DivX player that features a 1080i High Definition up-scale processor that promisses excelent image quality on Plasma/LCD displays, even for DivX files.

I would like to hear some feedback you guys might have about this player. Is the image quality really that good? I was planning to hook it into a Sony KLV-L32M1 32" LCD panel. Anyone has any experience with this combination?

    Thanks in advance.

Do not get a player that is using a sigma based upscaling to 1080i player. It sounds good but the output is not.

Compared to a bbk dv971h the kiss output is unsteady, and the scaling itself is below par.

Good results with the 1080i on the dv971h though on a hd display.
