My son wants to try the Just Dance games, so I'm looking for a Kinect as cheap as you like (so long as it looks and works fine). Can anyone help?

    Cheers

Just making sure you have an original Xbox One otherwise you'll need the adapter which is pretty expensive

I have 1 that has just sat in the Xbox console box as we never used it. They seem to be coming back in now.
Can post tomorrow as I have to go to the post office and post some other items.
Looking for £30 including post with payment via PPG.

I have an xbox one x... Does that require something different?

Cheers pal... Can I let the chap above reply then get back to you? I'd offer £26 posted if OK, that's what my son has in pocket money and they're £28 at CEX.

i know the One S doesn't have the port for a kinect , you need to use an adapter..

so i would imagine the one X would be the same.. you would need to check...

and the adapters are not cheap. like this.
unless you buy a cheapish 3rd party brand..

there is a sensor and adapter bundle on there for £75 delivered

ohh and the one my mate has is for the 360..
the one he had for the xbox one went with the console when he sold it.

Purely for info, only the original Xbox has a socket for the Kinect. This has been removed from the S and X; you'd need an extra adaptor/power supply to get it to work. Official Microsoft S/X Kinect adaptors have been discontinued & are now expensive, I believe you can get cheaper Chinese generic ones via ebay, etc.

Sorry pal... going to have to pass on this occasion. Didn't know about the additional adaptor, so he needs a few more weeks to save pocket money! Will archive and re-post soon, if he still wants a Kinect at that time.

    Thanks anyway, offer was appreciated.
