Kinect no longer tracking/finding me

anyone know why my kinect is no longer working?

It was working fine until I changed my HDD over using the transfer kit. Since then it says I need to update kinect which I did but kinect will not responed to me anymore.

It see's me and it works with the calibration card but it will not track me anymore or response to me waving or anything.

Does something need to be done when changing HDD over or something?
