Is it possible to link a dvd / video recorder (all in one) into a home cinema system (all in one), so that when playing either the dvd or video it uses the home cinema system speakers.

Whats confusing me is the all in one home cinema system odviously has it's own dvd player. (My plasma has two RGB scart sockets so if i connect them both to the plasma will it use the sound from the home cinema speakers?)

Not sure if that makes sense?

If the All In One system has audio inputs, it should be possible to output the sound from the DVD/Video player to the All In One either via analogue RCA leads or possibly even digital coax or toslink.

Thankyou i shall check this out. So i shall link the audios of the two units
and connect them seperatlely to the Plasma with Fully wired scarts.

If this works, im a happy chappy.

Cheers for your time, it wasn't really plasma related, except fot the fact that they will be plugged into a plasma. Just find this forum seems to get more response to questions.

    Cheers.
