Any ideas where I can get kiln dried sand from? I want to put some in my Nexus 6 speaker stands.

I've tried all the usual suspects (B&Q, Focus, Travis Perkins, Leekes and local builders merchants) and they all say either that they only stock it in the summer or that they don't sell it anymore!

Other than that, has anyone any other suggestions as to what I can use please.

    Help!!!

    Thanks,

    Gaz

Try toy shops like Toys R Us as they may stock it for kids sand pits.

B&Q used to sell it, have you tried the bigger warehouse ones?

I think most builders merchants will stock it as it is fine sand used in block paving.

    Cheers

    Thanks for the replies.

I think I'll try Toys'r'Us as I've done all the builders merchants etc including a large b&q.

If I have no luck, then I'll just wait until the summer!

    hi!!
sliver sand is worth asking for its basically the same but perhaps using a different name will get better results. i am a stone mason and use various sands and most of the builders merchants stock that in this area so i do find it strange that you are are indeed strugling.
    best regards
    nick.
