Dammit, I was hoping it came with a katana but all you get is a t-shirt!

    Axelmusic is based in Denmark.
For R1, R2 UK, R3 and R4 they use a special branch called Club Racoon. All shipments through Club Racoon are guaranteed to bring NO customs charges as they are shipped from within the EU (mostly Germany or Holland).
I have used them several times and have had no troubles )

I for one thought this film was a BIG letdown after the excellent vol 1. Really drawn out and, dare I say it: boring :hiya:

The film actually gets better with each viewing I find. In the cinema I was really underwhelmed with it, but since watching it twice on DVD it's really grown on me. A lot like Jackie Brown in that respect -- didn't like it on first viewing, but became a firm favourite on repeat viewing.

kill bill 2 is nothing compared to Jackie Brown. The problem with kill bill 2 is the completely drawn out last half. Not enough action/bitty/wishy-washy.

I actually enjoyed the scenes in Bill's house -- especially the superhero speech. It was only on repeat viewing that I really took the time to listen to the dialogue during these scenes, and much of it really is interesting stuff. Sure, the climactic battle it seemed to be building up to never happened (although the fight on the beach WAS filmed, and will probably emerge whenever Tarantino decides to whore out the franchise again on DVD), but despite that I thought it was satisfying.

Having said that, I still prefer part one simply because it has no delusions of grandeur -- it's simply a rip-roaring good time, and is all the better for it.
