I've only just got around to watching the R1 release of this in DTS.

Just after the two girls fight at the beginning, about eight and a half minutes in I get a loud tone, this occurs twice, a minute or so apart.

    Does anyone else get this?

    Everyone gets it mate!

The loud tone (like a klaxon) is there to block out the name of the bride. If you notice, it sounds whenever her name is said.
It occurs on every version of the film and in the cinema too.

    Problem solved.

Thanks for clearing that up! I thought my amp was on the way out at first!

I think they could have been a bit more subtle!
