    Does anyone know if the KEF Reference series are due to be replaced soon ?

    Not as far as I aware. The current series underwent a (unadvertised) mkll revision which involved minor reworkings to the crossover network to slightly tame what some saw as an "explicit" top end. They are not listed as mkll's or any such thing and all stock was simply returned for the "upgrade". IMHO the original network was better (and possibly still available if requested), but then i like explicit! I use the 203's (wish i bought the 205's) the 202c (just fantastc! i have yet to hear a £1000 center i prefer!) and 201's on the rear (which are also very serious standmounters) and have never ever regreted a single penny.

    One sales guy from Focal told me they expect KEF to come with their "tweeter answer" to their Berylliums and B&W's Diamonds soon.

    Let's see if this is true. From marketing point of view it would be the only logical move....
