Question KEF Q series home theater

Hi,

Currently I have a pair of Q700 front, Q600c center and Q800DS surround. I just bought a pair of Q300 and intended to put in rear, but they are huge and hard to mount (not nice looking). I am thinking about return the Q300 and get T101 or T301 for rear. Would T101 do the job, how are they sounds together with Q series? Any suggestions is appreciated.

 

Yes. Not so important to have an exact match of series for the surrounds or rears. Keeping the same manufacturer helps. I'm running KEF 3005 Eggs as surrounds with R series fronts and it works very well indeed. As rears they will be working less than any of the others. Give KEF a telephone call for advice, they are very helpful.

Looking around for some q800 speakers and find quite a few q series speakers out of stock.
Any news on if they are to be replaced or stopped altogether
