    Greatings!

I am in need of help,

I have a Pioneer amp VSX-D514 and 5 pioneer speakers which i have been running for a little while with no problems, all my music is p[layed through my laptop which gets rid of cd's. I have bought a Kef PSW2000 SUB to complete my 5.1 setup. At the moment i have only my laptop pluged into the amp which i use for music play back, now here come the problem:

When the laptop is NOT charging, i.e it is not plugged into the power supply the sub works great, but when i come to plug the laptop in to charge the battery, which it usally is, a feedback sounding, low hum comes across all the speakers, especially the sub.

This ruins the sounds quality and just doesn't work for me. the feedback noise comes even when the amp is turned off on the unit.

Does anyone have any ideas for me to try?

    thanks for helping
    :lease:
