KEF LS50W + Technics SL-1500C

Hi, I'm wondering if I may just connect the Technics SL-1500C directly to KEF LS50W?
Do I need anything else for it to work?
Also, does anyone own the above combination? I would appreciate if you could give some feedback.

It looks like the SL1500C has a built in phono stage so you should be ok to plug the deck straight into the aux inputs on the speakers.
