    hi i have at last moved house. :clap: so i am in the market for some new speakers, to go with my denon 3801 amp. i like the look of the eggs ( mk1 not mk2 due to price ) but the Mordaunt Short Premiere plus has good reviews and are cheaper. so would you recommend premiere plus system or pay the extra £100 and get the mk1 eggs

    If this helps put the newer eggs into your budget, the .2's are going for £599 at Krish AV (and perhaps play.com, if I remember a recent post correctly).

    Edited to add: the sub on the .2's is 10" (vs 8") and much improved, going by all the reviews.
