    Hi All,

I was wondering exactly what the Foam Inserts supplied with my Q7s are meant for. Are they used to control the bass from the speakers or to help with the running in?

    Any advice would be appreciated.

    Setup:

    Q7s, Q9c, REL Q150E, Yam 630RDS, Q2ds and currently Mission! rear centre

The foam has nothing to do with running your speakers in, it's more for bass management.

Yep, that's right. Try comparing it yourself by putting them in and out with the same music. You should hear a difference :)
