Has anyone tried the KEF Eggs with a different Sub ? A house move has forced me to sell my floorstanding Tannoy's and I have brought 5 'Eggs' to go with my REL Q Bass - unfortunately the REL has just given up so I am looking at getting a new REL 100 or 200 or just settling for the standard KEF PSW2000 sub. Any thoughts or suggestions would be welcome. I am using a Rotel RSP976 processor and RB985 power amp

    Thanks

A small child forced me to give up my floorstanding Tannoys and I looked at the DEF Tech Pro Cinema range. I remember reading a review stating that the sub was the weakest link so kept my Q Bass instead.

I am very pleased with the result and feel that a better quality sub should improve the eggs as well.

    Hope this is of help
